Yes, really.

My love for words hasn't always made me as cool as I am today. But, it has never waivered. When I wrote my first book, The Rainbow Zebra, at age 8, I knew being a writer was it for me.

On the way here, I've had many adventures, and I'm proud of my decade in the restaurant industry (I would be happy to talk baked goods), my experience as a teacher, and the first nine years of being a mom. I truly believe that all of my experiences have equipped me to write copy that has a foundation of empathy, a lot of creativity, iron-clad research, and a whole thesaurus worth of juicy adjectives.

When I'm not knocking out copy that converts, I am working on my first full-length novel, trying to cajole my husband into eating my concocted healthy treats and playing poop-themed board games with my two girls.
